CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation by phone, fax or email.
The confirmation you receive is a confirmation we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted in 2-3 working days.
Heel heights given are an approximate measurement taken from the inside of the heel and are a guide only.
All sizes are shown in UK sizes.
HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED
UK: Your items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
If you are not completely satisfied with our products please return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be returned in perfect condition, unworn with original packaging and with proof of purchase to Nimmo, 8 New Kings Road, London SW6 4AA. Shipping cost paid by customer at the time of purchase is not refundable. Customer is responsible to pay for shipment of return goods. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We can only refund the card originally used for payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
